PFA Lined Butterfly Valves

Guard has its own factory for the design and production of PFA-lined butterfly valves. For the lining, we use high-quality PFA base material from Dupont, which guarantees excellent performance and durability. Our butterfly valves are LR-certified and meet the requirements for ADR-approved transport.

The PFA material used offers exceptional chemical resistance and is resistant to ageing thanks to carefully selected additives. Our valves are used worldwide in the transport and storage of hazardous substances by leading companies such as Samsung Electronics, Semiconductor, Liquid Crystal and SK Chemical.

We supply butterfly valves in the following material: 316 stainless steel (SS) with PFA coating.

By using a one-step moulding process and multi-stage sealing on the spindle, we guarantee leak-free operation. All machining, assembly and testing takes place in a dust-free environment to ensure a high degree of purity and quality.
